Teignbridge Estates have been successfully trading in the country town of Chudleigh since May 1983. We take great pride in offering a unique combination of both local knowledge and expertise, with the extensive local and national marketing of the independent team network.
Our office occupies a prime location in Chudleigh's main shopping square and is run by the sole proprietor Andy Pounsberry, FNAEA, with the help of Property Consultant Graham Hope-Milne, Negotiator Sam Pounsberry and receptionist/secretaries Margaret, Lesley and Sherry. Our Lettings department is run by Lettings Manager Angie Chapple MARLA. All our staff live and work in Chudleigh.
In addition to Estate Agency, we also offer a comprehensive Letting Service and are agents for the Nationwide Building Society - the Worlds No.1. Building Society.
